Speakers were manufactured in 2002, and discontinued in 2004, and this is the last of these proprietary speakers designed for Apple by Harmon Kardon. The speakers have a white circular frame and include the clear acrylic plastic covers. This product is genuine Apple branded and factory direct, it's not a third-party or after-market products. Requires specific hardware configurations that have the Apple speaker minijack on white iMac G4 computers with 15"/17"/20" LCD display, Power Macintosh G4 Pro Audio, Gigabit Ethernet, Quicksilver G4, Quicksilver G4 2002 and Mirrored Drive Door G4 systems produced in 2003 and 2004. Other systems are only supported with the use of third-party adapters and devices such as Griffin's iFire and Power Wave which are powered by the FireWire port and amplify the audio connection for these speakers. Since these speakers are new, collectible status and factory packaged, they are priced accordingly, and I will not be accepting any returns or processing any refunds after they are purchased.
